Tax Reports
SnapBill generates tax-ready reports to simplify your annual tax filing. These reports pull from your claim and payment data to provide accurate income summaries.
Accessing Tax Reports
Navigate to Billing > Tax Reports in the sidebar. Select the tax year from the dropdown at the top.
Accounting Method
Choose your accounting method:
- Cash basis — income is counted when payment is received (most common for physicians)
- Accrual basis — income is counted when the claim is submitted, regardless of when payment arrives
The selected method affects how amounts are calculated across all tax report tabs.
Available Reports

Each report can be exported as CSV or PDF for your records or to share with your accountant.
