Core Workflow
- Add patients — manually, via Snap OCR, or by importing from another system
- Create claims — enter billing codes, service dates, and diagnostic codes
- Validate — SnapBill checks health cards, billing rules, and required fields before submission
- Submit to OHIP — batch-submit claims electronically via MCEDT
- Track payments — monitor submission status, reconcile remittance advice, and review reports

SnapBill is available as a web app at app.snapbill.ca , and as a native mobile app for iOS and Android. All platforms share the same account and data.
