SnapBill is a billing management platform built for Ontario healthcare providers. It handles the entire OHIP claims lifecycle — from patient intake and claim creation to electronic submission, payment tracking, and reconciliation.

Core Workflow

  1. Add patients — manually, via Snap OCR, or by importing from another system
  2. Create claims — enter billing codes, service dates, and diagnostic codes
  3. Validate — SnapBill checks health cards, billing rules, and required fields before submission
  4. Submit to OHIP — batch-submit claims electronically via MCEDT
  5. Track payments — monitor submission status, reconcile remittance advice, and review reports

Platform

SnapBill is available as a web app at app.snapbill.ca , and as a native mobile app for iOS and Android. All platforms share the same account and data.
