OPS BPS Registration

Complete your online registration for the Ontario Provider Services (OPS) BPS and MCEDT system.

Prerequisites

You need a registration letter from the Ministry of Health containing two unique identifiers:

1. OPS BPS Registration code
2. OHIP Guide code

Don’t have the letter? Contact the Ministry of Health at 1-800-262-6524 to request a new one.

Registration Steps

1. Access the Portal

Visit OPS BPS login page  and click ‘Register’

2. Create Account

• Enter your personal details
• Create a secure password
• Accept terms and conditions

3. Verify Email

• Check your email for confirmation
• Click the verification link
• Log in with your credentials

4. Complete Setup

• Select ‘New User’ (unless migrating from old system)
• Enter your unique identifiers from the ministry letter
• Accept the acceptable use policy

Next Steps

After registration, you’ll need to designate your billing provider to submit claims on your behalf.
